DRAGON DREAMING – THE HUMANIZED PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: A NARRATIVE REVIEW

Dragon dreaming is a methodology to design and carry out creative, collaborative projects with high engagement of participants. It has three basic principles: the expansion of a sense of community, personal growth and service to the Earth. While traditional project design systems are focused on planning, execution and evaluation, Dragon Dreaming starts with a dream. Projects carried out using this methodology seek to cultivate win-win relationships and have four phases: dreaming, planning, doing and celebrating. This chapter presents a review on its main concepts and methods, seeking to present its humanized philosophy as an alternative to traditional project management systems.
